Each year several awards are publicly presented to members of the
community -
the Leon C. Gennette Community Service Award is presented to
someone who has been nominated for their volunteer service
the Business Person of the Year is presented to a Chamber business
person for their dedication to the business community...
the Kaleidoscope Award for their work on a special project during the last
year.
Do you know someone who works to improve our community? Print the forms
for these awards and submit your nomination to the Awards Committee c/o
the Chamber of Commerce before December 15, 2009.
Each year 12 to 15 people will give presentations on their business or
agency, updating the community on the newest developments, expansions
and growth within their organization. The presenters for the 2009 event will
be listed here, once they are confirmed.
Tickets are available, from any Chamber director or at the Chamber office.
